ISSUE 02
During the weeks between Thanksgiving and New Year's, many people experience a slowdown in work and a collective end-of-year "reset." I highly recommend taking this opportunity to delete all social media apps from your phone. After a few days, you will likely notice a significant change in how you spend your free time. One of the numerous benefits of reducing phone usage is increased creativity. By depriving yourself of the constant stream of easy dopamine hits that social media provides, your brain is forced to find new things to do, think about, and create. This can lead to new ways of thinking, creative problem-solving, and even a much-needed mental reset. As a challenge, try deleting your social media apps until the New Year. You'll quickly realize how little you actually need them and how much more present and focused you can be in your daily activities. Trust me, nobody will notice your absence, and everything will still be there when you return.

Ending Thoughts
I was in the JFK Airport lounge and noticed some familiar-looking chairs and the surrounding atmosphere. It turns out I was sitting in the same seat SBF was sitting in 24 hours earlier. This is just a random fun fact I wanted to share, and I tried to pose the same way he did too.
